EuroBonus: what a flight earns
SAS's loyalty program, part of SkyTeam. Two kinds of points, four status levels, and one rule that matters most: status boosts bonus points, never level points.
| Status | Extra bonus points on flights | Level points to qualify |
|---|---|---|
| Member | – | – |
| Silver | +25 % | 20,000 |
| Gold | +50 % | 45,000 |
| Diamond | +75 % | 90,000 |
Source: SAS, checked 8 October 2026. Qualification runs over a personal 12-month period.
Example: one Business Flex flight to Tokyo
| Status | Bonus points | Level points |

| Member | 12,000 | 12,000 |
| Silver | 15,000 | 12,000 |
| Gold | 18,000 | 12,000 |

Questions
What is the difference between bonus points and level points?
Bonus points are the currency: you spend them on flights and upgrades. Level points decide your status. On SAS flights you earn the same number of each, and status adds extra bonus points only.
How many level points do I need for Gold?
45,000 level points in your 12-month qualification period. Silver needs 20,000 and Diamond 90,000.
Do I earn EuroBonus points on other airlines?
Yes, on SkyTeam airlines such as Air France, KLM and Delta, usually by distance and booking class. We're adding partner airlines to the calculator one at a time.
